I have a Walther’s EMC gas electric with cracked gears on the drive axles. Does anyone have a suggestion for a NWSL or other gear (deldrin) which will replace the originals? If you know the NWSL gear order #, that would be great. Thanks.

Not to hijack this thread, but how about the Spectrum doodlebug?
Mine has cracked axle gears, and the axles are solid. Not real fun to get apart.
About 65% of all these I have seen have this problem.
The gear is helical, which makes it kind of difficult to find a replacement for.
Any help appreciated.
