Genesis Challenger (HO) Number Board Lights - can you turn them off?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a CV to turn off the number board lights on my HO Athearn Genesis Challenger. They seem to be on all the time. Even if the headlights are off or the loco is in reverse?
