We’re watching it in 3D at my house.
Actually, one of the World Cup’s biggest upsets by the US came in 1950. 
This World Cup seems to be a match for the referees, but not the teams. Never before have I seen the referees killing the matches so efficiently - disgusting. Never before have I seen top rated teams showing so little sportsmanship - disgusting, what the French team delivered.
Although my heart should be with the German team, I hope that an outsider wins the World cup! Maybe from Africa?

I just read an article on the Oscar winning performances being given by some of the players resulting in ejections that have affected the outcomes of some matches.
Now THAT was an ending! We screamed for a minutes after that amazing storybook ending goal. From dejection to elation in one second…
Same here. WOW Landon Donovan was just amazing, and the USA earned that goal! Shoot, we should have had two. if the referees had of costed us that win…lordy
