I was at my freinds house and he has two MTH G scale locomotives a challenger and a hudson. now the other day we were talking and both of them took off like a bat out of Hell so i shut off the power and they stopped and they never happend again. there are both protosound 2s and we were no were nere the TIU box or the Dcs controller. is this ghost? LOL[:)]
There is a dispute over who invented that feature. Mike Wolfe is suing Patrick Schwaze and Demi Moore for infringement. Sorry couldn’t help it.
Sounds like DCS has the same electronic weirdness as DCC - under DCC this can be caused by a dodgy signal (if you don’t have enough track feeders) so the loco interprets the brief loss of signal as meaning that it’s running under DC power. Disabling the CV that allows it to run on DC will apparently fix it. Not sure how DCS works though, and frankly I have no intention of getting involved with it!

another reason to stay with DC, since I’m not renowed for MY wiring!!! They would be on top of the roof the moment someone stepped on the wrong floor board!
