I have several Jordan vehicle kits that are appropriate to my era and theme. I started out with the Model T pick-up truck, and I’m stuck. I don’t know what kind of plastic Jordan uses for these kits, but nothing I’ve tried seems to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any suggestions?
On my Jordan vehicles Iv’e just used Testors tube plastic model cement (red & white).
Some are over 20 yrs old and still in one piece.
I should add, apply with a tooth pick!!!
I use Ambroid Plastic Weld it is a liquid . I went to a drugstore & got a hypodermic syringe with the smallest needle they had. Works really well.

I use lacquer thinner to glue styrene to styrene. I buy it by the gallon, as it’s also good for thinning paints such as Floquil, Scalecoat, and Accupaint. For the Jordan vehicles, use a small paint bruo apply the thinner as a glue. If you wio paint these vehicles with any of the paints listed above, use an airbrush, since the thinner in these paints, when applied with a brush, will craze the surface.

I’ve used Testors liquid cement for the dozens of Jordans that I’ve assembled. As others have suggested, use a small paint bru***o apply a very small amount into the joints. This stuff actually melts the plastic, and when it is pressed together it welds the joints together.

Thanks for the advice. It’s been years since I’ve used Testors, I’ll give it a try.
