I have been serching for years to some type of glue that I can use and tolerate the smell. RTV,silacone sealer’s did not do the job nor did crazy glue. So this is what I found at my local Ace Hardware. It’s called E6000.
This is what you can do with it

I’ve used this stuff on my Baggage Car, Station, Bridge and 3 buildings and still have some left in the first tube.
Dave, this stuff is great! You might find it humorous that the E6000 is popular in the crafting world too. In fact, when I recently went to Wallyworld to buy a tube, I looked in the hardware dept. but finally found it in the crafting section!
Based on your 1st post, the smell is a major concern… But I have to sware by Weld On plastics glues…
I did however try the E6000 to repair a 12" subwoofer once. I called JL Audio, and asked the tech what I should use to re-glue the dust cover back onto the driver, he said to use E6000… Worked like a charm.
