Glueing foam Board

What is the best glue to use for foam board. Im building a raised highway that my mainline will run beneath, and I want to be able to lift it up , It will be a 3 sided box

Personally, I use PL300 foamboard adhesive. The tubes that I have look a bit different, this must be a new design.

White glue never seems to dry where air cannot hit it. Some stronger solvent based adhesives will melt the foamboard so be careful.

I was not referring about the pink or blue insulating foam, but the 3/16 foam core board from art supply stores.

I’ve had real good luck gluing foamcore board with Elmer’s Glue, or Aileens Tacky Glue.
