It’s being relocated to a leased building in Troy.

Good to hear. If I still lived in Bennington I’d be waiting for its rebirth. Maybe I can get down that way again sometome.

Thanks for posting,

Richard

That is excellent news! Thanks for posting this [Y]

Cheers, Ed

Dismantling, moving, and re-assembly should be interesting. I hope someone thinks of taking time-lapse video.

So gald to hear that news! That railroad is seemingly getting the respect and exposure that it deserves. Thanks for the info.

They were very lucky to find a new home and being public friendly in the future can only help in the event the new land lord decides to sell his building or the local fire inspector finds fault with the old wiring, not enough fire escapes etc.Don’t laugh the Ada, Ohio HO club lost their home because there was only one way out.The club was located on the second floor of PRR’s Ada station.

Be that as it may.

I wish those NEB&W fellas the best of luck.

We have an exhibit of 7 different scale model railroads at the History Museum in Anderson IN and I would hate to even think about moving them into a new location! I do wish them a whole lot of luck!

They have an excellent Face Book presence and are documenting as they go.

Lived over in New Castle for a long time and never knew you all had layouts there in Anderson. We had just formed a club in New Castle when we left there about 5 years ago. (Now we are in Virginia)

It’s the Best Kept Secret in town. Didn’t plan it that way.
