I was just up in this part of the country and witnessed and amazing Dock that had about 10 SD9’s DM&IR and about 1000 little hoppers, I was amazed and I want to start modeling it soon, is there any good info on the web regarding this!

I haven’t found much on the web researching this topic. You might want to try this book. It has a good amount of info on the Missabe though it is skewed modern (post mid-60s).
You may want to look at the historical society web site. If nothing else you can contact them for information. I know they publish a magazine and the info you are specifically looking for may be in a back issue. This was the only place I could find the old silver late steam decals.
