Good sources for O gauge track plans for a 22' x 22' multi level layout

I am planning a 22’ x 22’ multi level O gauge layout with 2 tracks circling the room above an entry door and declining to a corner helix. I have many accessories for interactive play, a planned Island of Sodor space and a 6 track boarding platform beneath my Grand Central station. Can’t find creative track plans. Any suggestions?

I used RR Track sofware to design my 18X19 foot multi level layout. They advertise in CTT
