thinking of adding one to the roster, having trouble finding the minimum radius that it will accept. My min is 24". I think I’m ok but would appreciate any info from you 2-10-2 owners
I don’t have the PK2 2-10-2, but you should be fine with a 24" minimum. If I recall correctly, the P2K is supposed to be able to take an ABSOLUTE minimum 22" radius, which leaves you plenty of room.

I own the P2K 2-10-2. I run it with a traction driver set on the Club layout with the 36" radius curve. It will handle number 4 switches without trouble. I run it on Kato 31 inches here at home.
22" is as low as I would want to go with such a large engine. Keep in mind that this particular engine’s drive wheel set flexes almost 1/4 inch to either side to accomodate tight track. If you do this you are going to put a strain on the drive rods.
24" is ok, but a minimum. You should be fine with it. Be careful when you install the traction driver set, you will want to have it on the engine.
I have one - 24" is the minimum it will negotiate on my layout - it binds on 22", unlike the IHC 2-10-2 which has blind center drivers. However, the P2K is a beauty.
