The waving is from the fireman’s side of the locomotive. Likely the conductor or another crewman.

Must of been a derailment up the line or somting. The covered load, no clue. At first I would of thought it was depleted urainuam going to Yucka Moutian. But they would carry somthing that hazardous in a tarp.[D)]

Note that it’s on a Kasgro FD car, not a DODX, so probably not government at all. Also, the blue frame it’s sitting on may mean it is Westinghouse or a former Westinghouse part, probably for a power plant.

well, it’s probably part of a nuclear reactor filled with cement. CSX has been known to transport hazardous materials. it really cheesed off some folks in a town because a train carrying a nuclear reactor acctually had to stop there[(-D]!

No, no no. ANybody in the know knows it has to do with the aliens. The aliens have been/are responsible for all strange things here on Earth. They built the pyrimids, the Aztec pyramids, carved the animal lines in Peru, built the stonehenge, set the stone faces on Easter Island,etc.
Anything that seems beyond man’s control and magnatude of ability was due to the aliens.They have finally managed to convince me. Humans just could not do such things! It’s a little known fact that the Hoover dam was really built with alien technology. The alien crash site happened when one of their crafts caught a wrong draft on its way to the Hoover site, and crashed in Area 51, NM.
What y’all see there on that there train is a real, genuine anti-plasmatic metro hyperabolic de-ancephalotrip antimatter recumbanant space engine from one of their crafts. It needs repairing, and CSX is taking it get fixed. On occasion the aliens need our help. The Gov’t is hoping to learn more about this modual engine as it gets fixed in hopes we can build one to go further in space.
What really caught my eye was the banged-up box car sitting ontop a flatcar with its wheels off. Gives me a new idea for used stuff or cheap stuff replaced with better as money alows.

Whatever it is, its not hazardous becuase its not placarded and its also right behind a locomotive. its probably a Powerplant Transformer or something like that. Tarped over to keep the weather off it for now.
