Graffiti Sans Spraypaint

I’m starting to see a bit more of this on many of those filthy engines:

I’m curious how often you guys see graffiti without the spraypaint, especially along the main lines. Is it common?

If I were to guess, I’m thinking that this was done by RR crews, not vandals.

its not graffiti…its crews customizing there equipment for that trip… just like airforce personel putting nose art on there aircraft…
