I was just wondering by looking at the picture. What is the penalty if you tag a railroad car? I know for a fact is RR trespassing. What jusdiction the law takes place… State, County, or Local law?

wow… one of the better ones i have seen… took some time to do that one… i like how they atleast worked the reoporting marks into it… nothing worse then trying to check car numbers and some tagger covered them up… not saying that im saying that it was ok for them to do that…but damn good work…some of them people got some real talent…

I was told by the RR police officier that they charge them trespassing vandalism and damages to have the car repainted and the charges are usually filed with the state of occurance
And maybe copyright infringement?[(-D]
