Ground for Zephyr

I am not very good with electronics so here’s probably a dumd question When I connect the command booster to the bus wires what do I with the ground wire?

Ignore the ground terminal. It is needed for certain add-on components. When you get one of those, it will be in the instruction manual for the component.
