guilford going to lisbon maine?

Anyone no if guilford or some shortline is reopening the old MEC line to Lisbon, Maine.
I drove by today and it looks like they are replacing alot of old ties on what I know is (or was) an abondoned line.

The ME (Maine Eastern) and I believe the state are reopening the line to I think it’s 2 new customers. Sorry for the lack of info, but I do know that branch will be reopened by summer.
