H A P P Y B I R T H D A Y C O N R A I L !!!!!!

Do you you get this problem even with the cab signals cut in, and the LSL cut out? Or does the LSL have to be cut in?

(we never cut in the LSL unless we go out into LSL territory).

that is what throws the penalty on us , some stay cut in and we never have a problem but every now and then we get one that stops is dead in our tracks and like i said they will tell us to beat the lock off and I will.

Roy:

We missed those blue locomotives but they are still alive. NS & CSX are still run those blue locomotives.

Ya know what, I’ll go ahead and take you advice and be done here.

Instead of spending my time here, I’ll spend it on Facebook and TWITTER and other things that would be a better use of my time than sitting here dealing with this crap.
Meanwhile, you can continue to complain about having to run “Con-fail” crap and having a great time thinking about me in my fantasy land.

Wabash speaks truth and some of you don’t like it. Oh, and CR must’ve stopped doing any “Quality” maintenance on their locomotives when they learned the acquisition was going to happen and somehow, someway, those locomotives have suffered for it every since.

Here is a reality check for you, I dont think about you til you reply to something ive said, Then I notice your from Jersey and then i feel bad about telling you the truth and spoiling your daydream ( not to big a word for you is it?) and for being so blunt and to the point, Your starting to sound like those cry baby engineers and conductors when the last days of conrail was comming to the end " boo hoo i dont want to work for csx i dont want to work fo NS. boo hoo" we will shut it down we wont work bla bla bla, us guys on the NS told them like the company did also, turn your keys in radios and leave we will fill the jobs not a problem,

Conrail was the federal government’s roundabout solution to a political problem. It served it’s purpose.

Pretty much, at least they kept the trains running. Like I said it was our railroad around here and what I saw, can’t say anything frompersonal experience what it was to run anything by them.

You’re right Awesome, there are still some around although becoming rare. I thought some were kept in that scheme for CSAO but never been sure how all that worked.

ns3010, I can see you are done with this thread and when things get out of hand thats a good solution…but I hope you stick around. We have had a couple of good conversations about the local stuff and I wouldn’t want to miss out on that.
