The chainlink fence doesn’t look right for HO scale. Am I missing something?

2" would make it prison wire height in HO…I think it’s not just a HO thing, it could grow or shrink depending on the scale.

I have two area on my layout that have chain link fence that I made out of window screen and think the look very nice and I am in HO scale
