Yes thanks Dad for choosing the house close to the B&O main in Defiance when we moved.Matt enjoys the park like his Dad did.We pray everyday for the other Dads (and Moms) who are deployed overseas.

My heart goes out to the Fathers in Service and what they are sacrificing for US.
This was my first Fathers Day with full custody without any lingering doubts and also the first one that my Daughter , on her own, made a deal out of it on my behalf. A great day indead!!!

Had to go up to Chicago over the weekend to “honor” my Dad.
Unfortunately, that meant missing RR Crossing Days down here in Mendota.
(Talk about mixed emotions!)
Didn’t do too much special. Went out to eat, had ice cream, but most important of all, I told my Dad how much I love him![:I][:X]

Thanks Mookie for the greetings to all of us Fathers. I had planned on sleeping in until 7:30 but at 5:30 a couple of drunk 23 year olds in a Firebird doing about 50 mph down our cul-de-sac slammed into two mailboxes, sideswiped a tree and totaled two cars…needless to say I did not get to sleep in…but I did maage about two hours trackside and saw Amtrak #4 with a short dome private car, an Amtrak metrolinere type car and an express car lettered “10,000 cars and counting” in the consist…very interesting.

Didn’t get to go training but my 8 and 11 year daughters gave me a little guardian angel [angel] because I’ve been hurt most of the past 2 years. And I also got breakfast in bed.[bow][bow]

No. I don’ t work for the RR anymore but last years shoulder and this years hand injuries are at least workers comp.
