Thank you! It’s been a difficult year for many to say the least, which makes the blessings we do have all that much better, including the people here on this fourm. Love the photo of the turkey being loaded on the flat car! Sadly by day five of turkey leftovers it really does feels that the turkey was that big, maybe even bigger. [dinner]

Happy Thanksgiving,

Ralph

Again this year, I a naming our Turkey: “Flip, the Bird.”

Have a good one.

Thank you Peter and right back to you. Were would we be without Peter’s great pictures?

I’m beginning to realize that aging is not for wimps.

As bizarre and strange as things are, we still do have much to be thankful for. Our shared hobby not the least of it.

I am reminded of the famous quote by Socrates: "If all our misfortunes were laid in one common heap whence everyone must take an equal portion, most people would be content to take their own and depart.”

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO EVERYONE

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Hope you all had a geat meal.

Even though most of us probably had smaller gatherings, we can be thankful that we are still upright and able to enjoyour hobby.

Best wishes.

Richard

That’s one award winning giant turkey Peter!

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Charles

You can tell if you are a Redneck Thanksgiving. All of the matched plastic salad bowls say Cool Whip.

We would all be very sad indeed.

I made turkey, stuffing, creamed corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, bicscuits, and an apple pie for just my wife and myself.

I am completely stuffed, and the refigerator is full.

-Kevin

What’s missing is sweet potato casserole with a pecan frosted topping. Between the stuffing covered in gravy and the sweet potato casserole, I had little room for the mashed potatoes and biscuits. But, I did eat one turkey leg.

We are getting ready to do it all over again tonight.

Rich

Even with all the food we have, and leftovers for days, my wife also lamented the lack of a sweet potato casserole this year.

-Kevin

It’s not too late, Kevin. Make one for the weekend. It actually makes a great dessert, as you probably know.
