Harvey House ripoff?

Having grown up with Fred Harvey diner food on the Santa Fe, I started drooling at the review of the Harvey House Cookbook touted in a recent issue of Trains mag. I chased down the publisher (they changed names) and ordered a copy on-line. One month ago. No book as of today and my emails to them go un-answered. Has anyone else encountered this situation with RLPG Trade publishers?

How does one inform someone at Kalmbach that publishers that they review may not be the easiest to deal with?

if your able to go to belen new mexico where theres a harvey house museum they have cook books for sale. i got a couple from there before. you can even do a search for harvey house museums
