Has anyone added aftermarket ditch or other lights

I have a set of Proto 2000 GP-18’s and I’m looking to add some details such as air hoses and such and the wig-wag ditch lights and strobe caught my eye anyone have any experience with these? Any clue if B&O used the strobe beacons?
