A few years ago I bought a large lot of trains for $30. The original owner sadly passed away and this makes sense because I think two specific locomotives are haunted. Those two locomotives are a pair of two mantua mikados and neither of them ran until I repaired both and even painted and lettered one. I believe they are haunted because once I was running the painted one and it’s headlight lit up, this was strange because this locomotive did not currently have a headlight. Another story is that I brought the lettered not to a friend’s house and it ran fine for 30 seconds or so then every single joint on the layout stopped working. We luckily had it fixed in about an hour.
Does anyone else have haunted locos?
