Everything I run into searching on that model lists it as a MANUAL turntable, with no reference to a motor for it.
Perhaps if you know that there IS a motor available for it, you could post more info to lead in a search for one.

Best place to start a search for any model railroad gizmo is Walthers.com:
http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/942-472
Unfortunately it’s currently out of stock, but at least now you know what to look for !!

sorry ; the motorizing kit is listed as 942-472 on the instructions.
my error.

Google to the rescue –
By typing Heljan 942-472 into Google the following came up. But this site indicates that it is DISCONTINUED and OUT OF STOCK. If you do your own search you may find someone who still has it in stock.
I believe Heljan makes most of the Walthers Cornerstone products.

Walthers site also indicates that it is SOLD OUT.
Even the Heljan website lists the 804 turntable as a manual turntable.
http://www.heljan.dk/faste_filer/modul.asp?vis=varekatalog&doo=vare&vareid=800&gruppeid=
However, Heljan does have a motor, although there is no other info on it.

The current exchange rate is 5.72 DKK (Danish Krone) to the dollar.

I thought Walther’s turntable motorize kit also worked with the Heljan TT. Check with Walthers.

Larry,
The turntable motorizing kit, #942-472 is no longer available. It was not produced by Heljan. It was put out by Walthers. It consists of a 1 rpm, 12v Hankscraft electric motor and a sheetmetal bracket. The motor should be easy enough to locate and the mounting bracket is very simple and could easily be made from some light gauge sheet metal. If you like I could send you a copy of the motorizing kits instruction sheet and the measurements of the bracket if you wanted to pursue making your own. Send me a PM if your interested.

I happened to find one at a show for next to nothing. There is apparently not much demand for it. You may want check ebay or keep a lookout at shows for one. Good Luck[tup]
