Well it seems like for ever since I tore down my layout, health has forced me to reconsider my hobbies and How I miss the sound of my Broadway’s climbing that long grade. That beautiful Lionel Gas turbine winding up and heading out.The feeling of being a child again with my dad as he powered his Lionel’s and watching the smile on his face.To many people trains are just toys a passing fad but to those who have ever felt the rumble they know these words all to well. Just wanted to stop by and say Hi to the guys I use to talk with the most here on these forums I hope you are all doing well.I wish all of you here all the best and hope your having a good year. Welcome back. We are having a good time and wish you could join us. Just checking in, commenting on our efforts and sharing your experience will be good for us and maybe for you. Any pics of what you had? Some of us remember the “good old days” and love to look at the pics of days gone by.
Good to hear from you. I’m afraid we’ve lost a few friends with the new forum, but we’ll gain a few more.
If you can’t model anymore, look around for a club. When I’m visiting the in-laws in Florida, I stop in at the Treasure Coast club down there. I’m not a member, but I always feel welcome. I’m sure other clubs are the same, and if you just need a train fix, I’m sure they’ll be more than willing to provide one.

Welcome back!!! Long time no see. Since we last talked I switched from Modeling CNW in HO to Norfolk Southern in N scale. I was getting very worried since I had not heard from you in a very long time, Its been what, almost 2 years? BTW I used to be CNWfan5525 on the forums. I’ll try to be on AIM more often now that you are back. Welcome back!
