Hello

Hey Ya’ll

I am new here at the MR Forum, having previously called CTT and GR forums home.

I have been an O gauger in the past and decided to experiment with other Scales and Gauges to see what I liked best. I still enjoy collecting and buying toy trains every now and then, but I thought I might try HO scale.

In trains I have a bit of each scale (Expet N, Z, and S)

  1. Bachmann Chatanooga Set I bought about 2 or 3 weeks ago for myself
  2. Hornby 00 Scale (Slightly larger than HO) Flying Scotsman Set
  3. Hornby “Black Five” 4-6-0 and some Freight Cars (Wagons in England)
  4. New Bright “Gold Rush” set I bought for $25 at Walmart
  5. 2343 Santa Fe Lionel F3 A-A
  6. 2055 Lionel 4-6-4
  7. Erie O gauge Hudson I bought in October
  8. Various O gauge freight cars and a set of Williams Santa Fe 0-27 streamliners)
  9. 1940 American Flyer O gauge (Not S) Pennsylvania K4 4-6-2 that I bought at a yard sale for $10. (Terrible Condition, Needs Restoration)

Well, Just wanted to say Hello. See Ya’ll Later.

I think you’ll find we’re a pretty nice bunch,…and “mostly” harmless![swg]

hi, how is it? that is a big collection of stuff there!!!

Well,

Thanks. Its not to big. I think its pretty small in comparison to collections and layouts I have seen.

I’d like to get the American Flyer 4-6-2 fixed up later this year to run around the tree at Christmas.

How are you new with 180 some posts that ain’t new. I only have 130 some posts and that is not new!![:D][:D][:D]

He is “new” to the Model Railroader forum. He is NOT new to some of the OTHER trains.com (Kalmbach) forums. He has posted in the Classic Toy Trains, and Garden Railways forums. All those posts count towards his grand total, not just the ones in the Model Railroader forum, because we are all just one big happy family.[:D] Make sense?

Jeff

Hi! Nice to see another person who runs British OO as well as US HO. Welcome.

No,

I have posted in the Classic Toy Trains forum and the Garden Railways forum.

I meant I was new at the MR Forum.
