Since your request specifically mentions CSX, you might try contacting them at their headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. I belive their url is just “csx.”
Otherwise I haven’t much help to give you; but if this thread goes unanswered you might consider setting up a similar thread on the trains-the-magazine site as opposed to this one, the trains-dot-com site. The one with the magazine title seems to get a wider readership.
