Help finding Milwaukee Road units still around.

I was wondering if anyone on here would know where there are still some Milwaukee road loco’s wandering around or if you have seen any.
Would like to know and any post regarding this would be appreciated very much.[:)]

OH MY WORD!!! An SD10. There’s still one of those around. I have a model of this unit and I’m glad there is one in service. It’s great. Thanks so much Mudchicken

Illinois Railway Museum has a small herd:

The Soo Line is still operating about 50 - 60 former MILW locomotives of models GP40, GP38-2, and MP15AC. There are some SD40-2s on the DM&E roster. KCS has 5 GP38-2s that were originally MILW. KCS de Mexico has a dozen or so former MILW SD40-2s

Have a look at the roster, and pan to the right.-

The 9 SDL39s are down in Chile.

SOO/CP 4506-4515 are ex-MILW 356-365, mates to the five KCS GP38-2s. (SOO GP38-2s)
WSOR SD40-2 4009 is ex-MILW 199 by way of DM&E and DPGX. (see it as WSOR 2000 about halfway down the page)
SOO/CP also has a number of MP15ACs of MILW heritage still running around, some in badly-tattered MILW colors, as well as a number of GP40s.

I’m not so sure I trust those numbers for the KCS GP38-2s, some of those may be for ex-B&Ms, with the ex-MILWs up a few more numbers. I could be wrong, but I’ve seen those numbers in error more than once…
