A while ago Kalmbach had a PDF available that detailed passenger operations, Rwy Express Agency, icing, railway post offices, all in one document. It also had a few trackplans included in it as examples of real life passenger stations with various service facilities.

A few years ago in MR Mag, they had a special pull out that was about passenger operations. Is this one and the same with that, or does someone remember a special issue dedicated to JUST that?
I remember a MR article about what services were run on the various passenger cars, and what order they should be placed in (Baggage, coach, dinner, sleeper, observation).
The info station article includes historical references, info on passenger types (Pullman, Budd, Dayliner Skydome etc…), as well as sample track plans.
