HELP.. how to replace Bachmann 2-6-2 front coupler

I just purshased a Bachmann 2-6-2 and want to replace the non-working front coupler with a Kadee.
I’m happy with the working tender coupler but I also need a working one on the front of the loco.

Any ideas??
