I have a sealed box. Never opened. Box 's is excellent to near mint condition.

The model is in mint condition and never removed or touched.

It is:

Bachmann Billboard Collectors Series. Commemorative Anniversay Edition Valoline Express 125 years.

Can anyone help me with establishing a value of this item.

Not much. Bachmann has pretty much no value . If you could find someone collecting Valvoline you might get something. Best bet is let it go on ebay. You might be surprised.
