Help identifying rolling stock

Ok,

Here we go again… My wife, sweet as she is… She brought me a box of train stuff from goodwill, some of it good stuff- a set of Miwaukee road passenger cars in their boxes, a brass loco both N scale… a couple of Athearn blue boxes an articulated auto carrier and something else, its MOW I’ll get that one fine… but then there is this:

A Union Pacific , silver painted car, numbered 52437. it is a flat car with 4 bulkheads, divided into 3 sections, steel post frames and a plate deck. Austria is printed among the extensive detail on the bottom of the car. the trucks are snap on with regular horn hook couplers not kadees, metal axles and plastic wheels.

Help, this is one I have seen a couple of times on trains but never knew what it was used for…

A picture would help. How tall are the bulkheads? Are they solid or are these the post frames you describe? Or, are the post frames along the edge of the flat in addition to the bulkheads? What is the over all length of the car?

Perhaps it is also a MOW car for transporting rail. My second guess would be an empty helium or oxygen tank transporter.
