Help me find an N-scale Kato NS SD-80 Please!

Hi,

I have exhausted my limited sources in finding an Norfolk Southern SD-80. Their part numbers are 176-5505, 176-5506, 176-5507. I’ve Googled everything I can think of and every one that I have found has been sold out. I’ve searched all the dealers that I found in the “N Crowd.” No luck.

Anyone have some resources I don’t have? (That’s got to be just about all of you.)

Also, anyone ever dealt with TexNrails.com or NScalebyMail.com?

PS. I can find a ton of Atlas SD-60’s with DCC for about the same price. I’d rather have the SD-80. What am I giving up with the Kato which works out to about $25 more?

I’ve found some SD-70’s.

Anyone ever dealt with TexNrails.com or NScalebyMail.com?

I bought some freight cars from TexNRails at one of the Timonium train shows. He had a great selection of stuff and did not bring everything. I’ve been to his web site a few times, but never bought anything from it.
