Help Me Find This Poem

Several years ago, I had an old copy of “Trains” magazine. I think it was from 1945, or so. In it was a poem about a hobo that had been collared by the railroad bulls, and hauled before a local judge. By the time he finished his story, the judge decided to join the hobo riding the rails. I can’t find the mag anywhere. The friend I recall loaning it to swears he has never seen it. I would appreciate someone posting that poem here, or, if you know which issue of the magazine it is in, I will try my best to find it on e-bay. Thanks in advance.
