Can any one tell me a good but easy design software.
I do not realy want to spend hours trying to learn the software.
I would like to design a model railroad.
Thanks: ornreecuss

I reccomend Atlas.com, then go to the Layout>>RTS8.0. Threre are a lot of fatures it doesn’t havem ut some nice ones, as you get better with it, yuo can sub in the stuff it has to make it up. (Line tool and you can sketch in any missing buildings) Or, you could always use a nice pad of graph paper…
Anyrail.
Flexible. Incredibly easy to use. Very shallow learning curve. No, they don’t pay me to say that. I like it so much I design layouts for fun.
Take about a day and you can become adequate enough in Atlas’s Right Track software to plan a decent layout:
That’s about 23 1/2 hours longer than Anyrail takes. And you can use other manufacturers track (although Atlas is there too, if you’re a diehard Atlas person)…
