Help MTH Accessorie Wiring Help Needed

I purchased several of the MTH operating accessories and ran into a problem when I went to wire them. The one sheet instruction don’t have pictures and their description doesn’t help much either. Maybe I am dumb as a box of rocks but I cannot figure out what wire goes where and how many times it should go there. I am also missing one activation button can a door bell work? If anyone has pictures or can help in anyway that would be appreciated.

A doorbell buton will work for those that need only momentary contact. The other MTH operating accessories, more info would be most helpful; example, are they track operated or an uncoupling track, or like the coal loading station?

The accessories I am having troulble wiring are the Mels Diner, Water tower, and Esso Gas Station both operate with a one touch button. It’s confusing to me how the tell you to wire it sp help would be great.
