I am looking for the Nu-Line N scale Mondern Concrete Warehouse #1, item 161001.
It appears that Nu-Line is no longer in business and I would like to purchase
one of these kits for my layout. Does anyone have one or know where one can be
found? None have turned up on Ebay.

Tried that and all locations that have it listed are “OUT OF STOCK”.
These are just about impossible to find. The company went out of business a few years ago. They occasionally show up on e-bay, but go for ridiculous prices. They were nice kits. I had gotten three of them years ago for kitbashing purposes.
For what they sell for on auction sites, you could build a huge warehouse from sheet styrene and window/door castings from pikestuff, Micro-Engineering, etc, and still pay lass than half the price.

It looks like it would be easy to scratch build a fairly close copy.
Kitbashing one may be my last resort if I can not find one.
