Help needed re-to paid MR subscription (Haven't received 1st issue yet.)

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

On 6-26-10 Crystal and I ordered our first MR magazine subscription via credit card and obtained a transaction number following the successful completion of said order. We have not yet received our first issue, and it is our understanding that the August issue has already shipped to subscribers. We have double-checked the mailing info that we entered and our address was entered correctly.

We are really looking forward to our first issue.

Who can we talk to to rectify this problem and how can we reach them.

By June 26, the August edition of MR was probably already in the mail.

But you can call and confirm that your subscription begins with the September edition. The toll-free number is (800) 533-6644. I’ve always had excellent experience with Kalmbach customer service.
