Does anyone have access to a copy of the 1928 ICC evaluation reports? I need the section on the Northwestern RR of SC. I know it is available in numerous college libraries, but must, I am told, be requested by another library. The local library seems to have no interest whatsoever in borrowing a copy. Thanks
