Help New Decoder not working

Hi Guys,

I have just installed a Digitrax Decoder but the loco does seem to move. The lights seem to work but the loco does not move.

Question - Do I also need to cut the track on the PCB marked “X” . See link

I have already cut 3 "X"s on the adjoining PCB…

Any advice will be appreciated.
