Help Posting a Track Plan

I’d like to post my track plan for comments and suggestions but don’t know how. I used 3rdPlanit and saved it down as bitmap files. What’s next? Anyone out there that can help?

Load the bitmap file (BMP?) into a graphics processor like photoshop or MS photopaint and “save as” a jpg file. Save the JPG file on a web site somewhere. Then post the message, using the

“[img]” “[/img” tags before and after the URL for the picture.

Note I left the last square bracket "]"off the img so that it would show instead of being interpreted as a bad picture.
