Help with an Atlas Caboose - O Scale

Here’s my problem, I would like to add lights to the interior of this caboose but there are no pick-ups on the trucks. What would you advise?

Additional data: On the underside of the frame it says made in Austria and Atlas.

Any info would be a help.
