Well, it worked, though I don’t know why there are two of each. Nor why they are large in the reply, but small in the original post. Oh well. guess that’s why I seldom post pics.
In a month or so, should be some new sidings in the NW corner - to give me some additional opperating room.
Looking good I could never get away with a round the room layout like that wife would find some problem or accidently step on something to get me to remove it.
It’s a point of contention at times, but I’ve been getting away with it for quite a number of years so far.
I like running long trains, and this roughly 12 x 15 layout lets me easily run a 20 car consist. On the down side, with only one main line, that keeps everything else bottled up - hence the plan for additional sidings.
What I REALLY want to do is run into the next room. Don’t know if I can get away with that though.
I use Shutterfly and I find it very simple. Once my photos are organized and posted to Sutterfly I pick the photo I want and make sure that it is in the larger version - not the thumbnail. I right click with the cursor on the photo I want and hit Copy. I then go to the forum that I am posting to, position the cursor, right click and hit Paste. The picture will appear there in the body of the text that I am writing. That is how I have posted all of the photos in the American Flyer thread.
Open account at photobucket - it’s free. Put your photos there. Then (I got this from mitcheir) copy the IMG address & paste it the address when you click on the ‘tree’ icon here. Paste the IMG - you don’t have to delete the http or anything.
