Help with Side Mounted Brake Wheels on logging flat cars.

Hello,

I was wondering if any of you have had experience creating side mounted brake wheels for flat cars. I am modeling the Little River Rail Road, a logging out fit, in 1:20.3 scale. It used flat cars with the brake wheels and staff side mounted to avoid fouling the Barnhart loader traveling across the decks.

I have searched detail part Internet sites and so far found no leads. Have any of you made this modification to your flat cars and, if so, how did you do it???
