I use Atlas code 100 track.I try to make curves as wide as possible,avoid kinks and sharp turns . At the rail joiners make sure they are connected and if you cut rails touch them up with a small file,soldering the joints helps too.At the top of this page where it says FORUM INDEX try going to the Model Railroader site,you will get a lot more replies.
