I found this on another forum of mine & wanted to share…
This is quite unusual and happened this morning here in Helena. The deer jumped off the I-15 over pass and landed on top of a boxcar in a Helena Yard. Something you don’t see every day.
Gee guys, don’t throw me off. I’m broke and trying to get to Albuquerque to see the kids. [(-D] This puts a new meaning on hopping a freight.
Something similar happened here–shortly after the toll road opened, deer were literally jumping off the overpass…and landing on either the W&LE tracks, or on Route 51!
