High of double stack container car.

A question to the owners of double stack container cars.
I am still working on my layout and have two spots where clearance high could be tight. I do not own double stackers yet thus my question: How high is a loaded double stack container car in HO scale? Are this cars the highest around or is there still higher equipment to expect?

Which says to figure 3 inches (76.2mm) for plate F cars, which scales to about 22 feet.
