How does one High light a link for someone to link into in the forum?

[ u r l ] www.iwannagothere.com [ / u r l ] - leave out the spaces. Actually, the link was highlighted for me anyhow.
Example: http://www.trains.com
If you want to link a word,
[ u r l = http://www.iwannagothere.com ] Word(s) here [ / url ]
Example: Click here for Trains
