Another great installment of this series. The Ohio Southern is one of my favorite layouts.

I just love to listen to Jim Hediger wandering through history. I remember the feature on the Ohio Southern quite well.

For nearly 40 years MR and Jim Hediger have been accompanying me, from the boyhood dreams of a train empire in the basement to the more subtle and down to earth plans of the now aging adult.

That was really enjoyable. It would be very interesting to have more of this type of video documenting milestones in the history of our hobby. Thank you for presenting this video. Look forward to more in the future (I hope!!).

Wonderful history being told through a truly great storyteller. I would love a follow up on the Ohio Southern as well and especially a video on operations and constructing this masterpiece.

Truely entertaining video. Makes me want to see it or at least a track plan of it.

Well it’s been 30 years since the MRR has run anything on this layout. Why not revisit it over a couple of months in upcoming issues. I’m sure there are plenty of MRR fans that would like to see the dream that came true. Sometimes the old ideas are just as good today.

Your sincere, down-to-earth, humble attitude are great attributes. MR is - and has been fortunate- to have you on staff … I would like to see MORE of the Ohio Southern and the “history” videos are terrific!
