I don’t have any that I’m going to get rid of, but I’m sure we can point you to some good deals. What are you looking for? Steam? Diesel? And since your layout’s only going to be 4’ x 4’, are you going with N scale or HO?
Are you looking for someone here on the forums that is willing to sell you PRR cars cheaply or are you looking for an online store where you can find some? Or perhaps a list of cheap, prototypical PRR cars?
